Return & Refund Policy

At Seltura, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, including boxes, tags, and certificates (if any)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective

  • Items marked as Final Sale


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead


6. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance processes
